After Apple employees began returning to in-person work in April of this year, the company paused the rollout of its plans due to cases of COVID-19 increasing again. On Monday, Apple set a new deadline for its corporate employees to return to the office. Starting September 5, employees will need to work in person at least a few days a week. The news comes from Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman. According to the report, corporate employees will have to return to the office three days a week....

Reported by the New York Post today, NBC is in talks to stream Major League Baseball games on its streaming service, Peacock. This news comes after last month’s report that an Apple TV+ deal is in the works to stream live MLB games on the service. Over the weekend, Apple and Stanford Medicine published the full results from the Apple Watch Heart Study. In conjunction with that publication, Apple’s VP of Health Dr. Sumbul Desai has offered additional detail in a new interview with Men’s Health. According to Anthony Morganti Apple has been so inspired and excited by the latest stream of iPad-optimized magazine applications that they are now working on a magazine-app template for use by developers in Xcode. Apple’s goal is for any company, essentially, who wants their magazine in digital form for the iPad can have it done. Since 2015, AppleCare+ for the aluminum models has been $49, this year it’s seeing an increase. The changes to AppleCare+ for iPhone brought a new option to add theft and loss coverage for an extra fee.
